Heavy duty 120 Litre bratt pan with electronic tilting pan operated by a control panel.
Heavy duty construction made from 1.2mm stainless steel, with a large pouring spout and a full width stainless steel lid handle. The pan is sprung loaded for light operation and you can even use 1.5mm thick lid for a work bench.

With a temperature range of 50 to 320 deg C and a safety cut out for overheat and cleaning this fryer is simple and robust. Capable of keeping up when demand is at its height with three 6kW stainless steel sheathed heating elements clad to pan base.
